Job Title: Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team at Connected Health. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Supported Living service and ensuring that our service users receive high-quality care and support.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, with experience in a supported living setting. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to provide excellent care and support to our service users. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our service meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to service users
  • Ensure that our service meets the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that our service is compliant with regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that our service is integrated with other services and supports
  • Conduct regular visits to our services to ensure that they are meeting the needs of our service users
  • Monitor and report on the performance of our service, including key performance indicators and statistics
Requirements
  • Hold a relevant qualification in health and social care, such as an NVQ level 5
  • Have a minimum of three years' experience in a health and social care setting, including at least one year in a supervisory role
  • Have experience of working in a supported living setting and knowledge of the Domiciliary Care Industry
  • Be a driver with access to their own car
