The Opportunity

In this role, you will be part of a collaborative team of Statisticians and SAS Programmers, working on a diverse range of projects and applying various statistical techniques. Our statistical teams share best practices, leverage insights, and skill-share to drive personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of statistical methods and models to drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer products and processes from Research & Development into Manufacturing.
  • Investigate and monitor manufacturing, stability, and product performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement analytical test methods utilizing statistical background to drive quality and business decisions.

Requirements

You will have a BSc (or higher) in Statistics or Mathematics. Previous experience working in a regulated or manufacturing environment, and SAS/R programming are advantageous.

We expect you to be able to successfully contribute to and manage a small number of projects, and work with colleagues from a range of backgrounds to explain statistical concepts. Additionally, you'll need to be adaptable, have a keen eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, strong collaboration and team-working skills.
