About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at HID Global. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for representing business priorities and ensuring that our scrum teams are aligned with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend Product Management meetings to gather requirements and refine the program backlog
  • Work closely with the scrum team to ensure that they are doing the right thing at all times
  • Participate in iteration planning and retrospectives to improve processes and align with Agile development principles
  • Maintain the team backlog and ensure that it is up-to-date and accurate
  • Communicate story details and priorities to the team and ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in development and maintenance, with a focus on hardware/firmware/software integration and test
  • Experience with Agile development and lean innovation practices
  • Training in SAFe, such as Implementing SAFe and/or SAFe POPM
  • S. degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
