Product Owner - Agile Development

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our Agile development team in Cardiff, UK. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for representing business priorities and driving the development of our physical access control solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent business priorities and drive the development of our physical access control solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the program backlog and prepare for Program Increment (PI) planning
  • Participate in PI planning and iteration planning meetings to ensure alignment and agreement on iteration plans
  • Work with the team to agree on accepted story completion and validate that stories meet acceptance criteria
  • Understand enabler work and collaborate with System and Solution Architect/Engineering to drive technological decisions

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years' experience in development and maintenance, encompassing hardware/firmware/software integration and test, new product introduction to manufacturing, and production launch
  • Experience with Agile development and lean innovation practices is a benefit
