We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at a brand-new store in Dalston. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff, maintaining budgets and staff rotas, and ensuring the store's visual presentations and merchandising meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Maintain accurate budgets and staff rotas to ensure efficient store operations
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage store stockrooms, ensuring effective replenishment and stock control
  • Ensure the store's visual presentations and merchandising meet company standards
  • Liaise with peers and Head Office departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Ensure that store housekeeping standards are continually maintained

Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have excellent management and communication skills
  • Be enthusiastic, proactive, and a driven team player
  • Have a focused and positive attitude
  • Have a passion for retail and delivering great service

Requirements:

  • Previous fashion retail experience at management level
  • Ability to work 39 hours over 5 days per week, with a shift pattern including Monday to Friday and Saturday
