Pertemps Bristol Commercial is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant/Valuer to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea office. This role will cover both Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare, offering the opportunity to work in a diverse marketplace that ranges from first-time homes to large country properties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Proactively register applicants, follow up on incoming leads from various sources, and engage in canvassing activities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Valuation and Listing: Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations that showcase the properties' unique features.
  • Client Engagement: Manage and maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide feedback to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Sales Progression: Assist in the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other agents to ensure a seamless transaction process.
