Job Title: Property Sales Manager

Responsive Personnel is pleased to be recruiting for a Property Sales Manager to join our team in Burnham-on-Sea.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading independent estate agency in Somerset, specialising in sales, lettings, and property management. As a Property Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, conducting property valuations, and listing homes for sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate New Business:
    • Proactively register applicants and follow up on incoming leads from our website and other portals.
    • Engage in canvassing activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Valuations and Listings:
    • Conduct property valuations and list homes for sale, ensuring accurate and attractive marketing presentations.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Manage and maintain regular contact with vendors, arrange and conduct property viewings, and provide feedback.
  • Sales Negotiation:
    • Negotiate sales on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Sales Progression:
    • Assist in the progression of sales from offer acceptance through to completion, liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other agents.
Requirements:
  • Driven and Passionate: You must have a strong drive to succeed, with a passion for property and helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities within the local market.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in IT and the ability to embrace new technologies that enhance business operations.
  • Social Media Skills: A good understanding of social media platforms is advantageous.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000, with an OTE of £32,000 to £35,000, plus various incentives and commissions.
