We are looking for skilled professionals to join our team as Contact Workers. In this role, you will be working closely with Qualified Social Workers to assess and support clients across various fields, including young children, older people, mental health, and families. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include working flexible hours, including part-time options, and having a full driving licence with business insurance and access to a car. The pay rate is £12.86 per hour, with mileage allowance and overtime rates applicable. An Enhanced Access NI Check will be completed prior to start date. As a valued member of our team, you will receive a range of benefits, including weekly pay, a minimum of 28 days paid holiday, inclusion into our company pension scheme, free comprehensive training, and 24-hour on-call service. To be considered for this role, you should have a Level 3 qualification in a care-related subject and at least 6 months of experience in a relevant field, such as education, childcare, or care assistance.
