Job Title: Senior Contract Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contract Officer to join our Spatial Planning Service in LB RICHMOND UPON THAMES & LB WANDSWORTH. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in administering CIL and S106, focusing on enforcement of non-payment of CIL.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in contract administration, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of precision. You will be responsible for preparing cases for magistrates court and meeting challenging deadlines to ensure the Spatial Planning Service is recognized as delivering an excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer CIL and S106, ensuring accurate and effective collection of developer contributions.
  • Enforce non-payment of CIL, working closely with the team to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
  • Prepare cases for magistrates court, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver an excellent service, meeting the needs of the Spatial Planning Service and the Council.
