Job Title: Care Support Worker

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
  • Helping with mobility and transferring clients
  • Overseeing medication and providing medical support
  • Preparing and cooking meals
  • Running errands and assisting with household tasks

Requirements:

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
  • The right to work in the UK
  • A good standard of English and excellent communication skills
