About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Bethany House & Lodge in Dymchurch. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily activities, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to establish and implement care plans, promoting routine and stability.
  • Ensure clients feel safe and supported, providing personal care and administering medication as required.
