Are you passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs? We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Facilitator to join our team at a leading college in Greater Manchester.

As a Learning Support Facilitator, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and supportive environment that enables students with complex needs to achieve their full potential. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students who require additional assistance due to physical, developmental, or emotional challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing academic and personal support to students with complex needs
  2. Developing and implementing personalized learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  3. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless support for students

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with individuals with complex needs, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to motivate and engage students with varying abilities. A current DBS check is required for this position, which can be applied for through Eden Brown Education if necessary.

We offer a competitive salary of £16 per hour and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
