Game Production Manager

We're seeking a skilled Game Production Manager to join our team at Glowmade Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the development of our new multiplayer cooperative game.

Your primary focus will be on managing resources, scheduling, and ensuring the timely completion of deliverables. You'll work closely with our Lead and their team to identify and mitigate risks, and provide insights on process improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Defining project scope and breaking it down into manageable tasks
  • Coordinating with the production team and wider team to identify resource requirements
  • Tracking project status, flagging risks, and resolving issues
  • Providing recommendations on process improvements and efficiency
  • Aligning expectations across multiple stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Jira and other task tracking tools
  • Experience managing projects across multiple platforms
  • Experience managing projects with teams of 20+ people
  • Shipped at least one project

Advantageous qualities:

  • Experience working on Live Service Projects
  • Interest in Game Engines and Game Development Technology/Tools
