Job Title: Senior Game Product Manager

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Product Manager to join our team. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for designing and managing live content events, stories, and features that maximize acquisition, engagement, and monetization throughout the product cycle in multiple FC modes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and manage live content events, stories, and features that maximize acquisition, engagement, and monetization throughout the product cycle in multiple FC modes.
  • Conduct and communicate in-depth analysis of in-game behavior trends using data insights to impact top-line KPIs.
  • Create and communicate concise and inspiring roadmaps, strategies, and execution plans for your product space.
  • Determine measurement plans, testing strategies, implement A/B testing campaigns, and conduct post-mortems.
  • Use techniques such as competitive analysis, messaging, player notifications, recommendations, and behavioral analytics to guide players to content they can enjoy.
Requirements:
  • A football fan with a finger on the pulse of online and offline football culture.
  • 5 years of Product Management or other relevant Game discipline experience required (Live Services Preferred).
  • Experience using data and insights to inform product development.
  • Sound and proven ability in using and understanding in-game trends using data insights to impact top-line KPIs.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with experience presenting decks to different senior partners.
  • The ability to work in varied development methodologies.
  • A good understanding of the core mechanics of FC and its live features, or willing to learn FC's live system.
