Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support our strategic objectives by providing pragmatic and solutions-focused legal advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support for commercial operations, including sales agreements, rate plans, and compliance matters
  • Work with Sales and Finance to finalize sales agreements and address ad hoc legal questions
  • Assume principal responsibility for tracking and managing immigration matters for the company's worldwide workforce
  • Manage general compliance matters, including export, HR, and legal record keeping
Requirements
  • UK-qualified lawyer with at least 5-8 years PQE gained in-house or at a leading law firm
  • Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising on different types of commercial transactions
  • Able to do some domestic and international travel for the company
Preferred Requirements
  • Expert communication skills
  • Experience in Intellectual Property, Corporate Governance, and Employment Law
  • Experience supporting a global sales organization and negotiating across time zones
