Job Summary

ASC Connections is seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our Technical Team. As a leading manufacturer of high-precision components, we supply into OEMs globally and are experiencing a period of growth.

About the Role

The main focus for this role is to maintain a culture of Quality and drive process improvements across our manufacturing operations. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities for Quality improvement, Quality Awareness, and Process improvement
  • Ensuring Quality data is tracked and reported efficiently and effectively
  • Proactively identifying and eliminating causes for error and defection
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining an RFT (right first time) methodology
  • Supporting in Quality projects, including NPI and Prototype builds
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive Quality initiatives and process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Assurance)

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or a related field

• Strong understanding of Quality principles and methodologies

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
