About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to join our Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team. As a key member of our EU ATS Network Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and excellence in our network operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Program Management: Own end-to-end program management activities for the EU ATS NetOps team, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  2. Project Leadership: Lead projects aimed at improving the Amazon customer experience, leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
  3. Strategic Planning: Independently own, design, develop, deploy, and maintain large-scale projects across the organization, setting and clarifying business requirements and targets with the team.
  4. Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain operations metrics, communicating them to leadership and stakeholders through regular review meetings.
  5. Process Improvement: Document standard operations processes and take proactive steps to ensure best practices are shared across departments and the network.
  6. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their areas.
About the Team

Our ATS team plays a central role in Amazon's success, using air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, to drive maximum efficiency in our transportation network. We capture data and use it to drive decisions, making Amazon more innovative and efficient.

Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
