Job Title: Security & Cleaning Officer

We are seeking an experienced Security & Cleaning Officer to join our team at Woolshops Shopping Centre. As a Security & Cleaning Officer, you will be responsible for providing permanent security, cleaning, and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and secure environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the shopping centre to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance duties to maintain the centre's high standards.
  • Liaise with Centre Management and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Meet and greet staff and clients, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Operate CCTV systems and respond to emergency situations as required.
Requirements:
  • Appropriate and current SIA License - Door Supervision or Security Guarding (frontline) is required.
  • First aid qualification is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong observational skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Good understanding of security requirements and functions.
  • Full 5-year checkable history.
  • Experience dealing with emergency situations.
