Job DescriptionAs a Registered Nurse with HC One, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with colleagues to deliver a person-centred approach. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment, while also contributing to the growth and development of our care home teams.
The ideal candidate will have a valid Pin number, be committed to upholding the standards of practice set by the NMC, and have a passion for mentoring and sharing their knowledge with colleagues. They will also be able to deliver a person-centred approach to care, advocate for the needs and wishes of our residents and their families, and take a proactive role in safeguarding.
