Job Overview

As a seasoned professional, you will take ownership of delivering exceptional customer experiences through our solutions. You will lead the onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to successful platform adoption. Your expertise will be instrumental in building trusted relationships with customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans, aligning activities with customer success and retention goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing all interactions and addressing queries during the onboarding process.
  • Oversee integration setups, identifying and resolving any feature gaps or issues.
  • Monitor and report on onboarding progress, coordinating internal delivery teams and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive early adopter activation and manage user queries and issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project managing the implementation of SaaS technologies with large-scale, complex enterprise customers.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to facilitate sessions and extract current and future state positions.
  • High level of digital literacy in analytics, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on creating and maintaining efficiency and continuous improvement.
