Key Responsibilities- **Transaction Analysis**: Conduct in-depth analysis of all transactions across our supported entities to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- **Procedure Adherence**: Adhere to Head Office and Internal Operating procedures to maintain a professional image and high customer service levels.
- **Initiative and Support**: Support business initiatives, strategic planning, and projects to drive business growth and success.
- **Workflow and Procedure Creation**: Develop and maintain workflow and written procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- **Trade Finance Expertise**: Possess a deep understanding of all Trade Finance products, including Import and Export LCs, Guarantees, Collections, Discounting, Forfaiting, Confirmations, and Risk Participations.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Have sufficient knowledge of UCP 600, ISP98, URDG 758, URC 522, and other relevant ICC publications.
- **Compliance**: Be aware of Money Laundering procedures and UK Proceeds of Crime Act, as well as UK and OFAC sanction policies.
- **Technical Skills**: Possess high-level experience with Microsoft Office Manager Products and basic knowledge of SWIFT Alliance (MT202, MT103, all MT4 series, all MT7 series).
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear communication to staff at all levels.
- **Organizational Skills**: Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- **Analytical Skills**: Demonstrate critical thinking to evaluate options and make informed business decisions.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Be adaptable to change and unexpected developments, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- **Reporting and Documentation Skills**: Possess excellent reporting and documentation skills to ensure clear and concise communication.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Have a sound knowledge of the Banking industry and strong numerical and analytical skills.

- **Project Governance**: Possess experience with project governance and EMEA Hub experience.
