Plant Fitter Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Fitter or Maintenance Technician to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited in Newark, Nottinghamshire.

Salary Information:

The salary range for this position is £31,050 - £37,950 per annum, inclusive of a 15% shift allowance. Additional benefits include pension, life assurance, childcare vouchers, parking, and 25 days holiday.

About the Plant Fitter Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position working a Monday-to-Friday 2-shift pattern (early and afternoon shifts). Key responsibilities include carrying out mechanical maintenance tasks, including breakdown and preventative maintenance.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • BTEC, ONC, or City & Guilds qualification in Mechanical Engineering
  • Working experience in a mechanical fitter/maintenance role, including hydraulics and pneumatics
  • UK driving license/vehicle and willingness to work a double-day shift pattern
