Job Description:

The role of Mechanical Fitter is available within the manufacturing sector, working a Mon-Fri 3 shift pattern. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter or Maintenance Technician from a manufacturing background looking for progression and technical growth.

This company is a global market leader in the supply of precision and mechatronic products, primarily for the automotive industry. The successful candidate will provide mechanical support to the site, working as part of a team of 13. Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out mechanical maintenance tasks (breakdown & preventative)

Requirements:
  • BTEC, ONC or City & Guilds qualification in Mechanical Engineering
  • Working experience in a mechanical fitter/mechanical maintenance role in a machine tool environment
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Willing to work a 3 shift pattern, with a UK driving licence/vehicle
