Electrical Sales Specialist

Purpose of the Role

As a Key Accounts Associate at ACDC Dynamics, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building long-lasting relationships with customers. Your primary objective will be to forecast and develop effective sales strategies, leveraging various customer sales methods to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the marketplace and client base demographics to identify new product opportunities and positioning strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand or Category managers to develop product launch programs and customer awareness campaigns.
  • Liaise with Senior Management to ensure sales targets are met and provide market and competitive information.
  • Train clients on products and execute sales strategies to generate new leads and develop existing customers.
  • Manage employer's expectations, client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Compile accurate and precise calendar entries with a briefing on sales calls.

Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge in an Electrical manufacturing/sales environment.
  • An Electrical or similar technical qualification will be advantageous.
  • 3 to 5 years in related sales role.
  • Technical product knowledge of our products will be preferable.
  • Proven marketing and sales competencies and ability to analyse market and set new strategy.
