Aerospace Project Manager

National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing projects that deliver nuclear science to benefit society.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and manage teams, identifying and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups.
- Consolidate and document project components, including scope, schedule, resource requirements, budgets, risks, opportunities, and quality requirements.
- Support the preparation, approval, and updating of business cases that justify project initiation and continuation.
- Prepare and maintain project requirements, determining the best means of satisfying requirements within project objectives and constraints.
- Secure resources needed for projects from internal and/or external providers.
- Develop and agree project budgets, controlling forecast and actual costs.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements.
- Identify and monitor project risks, planning and implementing responses.
- Maintain and apply quality management processes for project activities and outputs.
- Implement protocols to change project scope and update configuration documents as required.
- Contract Management (NEC) and Risk Management tools.
- APM PMQ.
- APM Level 1 and 2 Risk Management.
- Ability to obtain SC level security clearance.
- IOSH Managing Safely.
