Lead Learning and Inspire as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant

As a highly skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will take the lead in delivering lessons across KS1 at our vibrant primary school in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This role involves working with small groups in KS1 and KS2 for reading, maths, and phonics interventions.

About the Role:

  • Deliver full class sessions in KS1 and support small groups in KS1 and KS2
  • Utilise strong communication and organisational skills to keep lessons engaging and effective

Key Requirements:

  • Experience leading full class sessions in KS1
  • Proven ability to support small groups in KS1 and KS2 for reading, maths, and phonics

Salary Information:
