Job Title: Delivery Management System Team Lead

Westlakes Recruit is seeking an experienced Delivery Management System Team Lead to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be based in Workington and will be responsible for leading a team in the control and coordination of the Delivery Management System (DMS).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead the team in the control and coordination of the DMS
  • Coordinate all activity and ensure the DMS is fully resourced as required
  • Act as first line of contact for personnel absence and holiday requests
  • Ensure shift patterns are reflected of requirements operations and business requirements
  • Manage potential conflict and respond to contractor or customer concerns and complaints
  • Handle any system failures and minimize any unexpected downtime
  • Support the team and make decisions around the reassigning, updating, and cancelling DMS data
  • Provide an interface/point of contact for suppliers and management
  • Maintain regular communication with the Site Manager and relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure current output/display is maintained and up to date and accurate
  • Liaise with client, suppliers, and other stakeholders through face-to-face, telephone and e-mail communication
  • Manage the administration and correcting of inaccuracies, effectively managing employee performance
  • Support performance with continual coaching and ensuring personnel are trained and competent
  • Gather and create effective reports for analysis around Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
