Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients by providing them with personalized support and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Reflect the core values of Home Instead and contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life.
  • Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions.
  • Maintain regular communication with line manager and office staff.
  • Provide companionship, home help, and personal care to our clients.
Requirements
  • A willingness to travel to clients' homes.
  • A full DBS check is required.
  • No care qualifications or formal experience are necessary, as we provide award-winning training.
  • Prior experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant, or caring for a loved one is desirable.
