Global Regulatory Lead

Holt Executive Ltd is proud to partner with a world leader in global communication and technology to secure a key hire for the role of Global Regulatory Lead – Telecommunication.

An experienced professional is sought to join a dynamic team, leading global licensing efforts in government and regulatory affairs. The successful candidate will manage authorizations to support worldwide service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global licensing strategies aligned with business priorities and regional insights.
  • Act as the primary contact for licensing and market access.
  • Manage intricate licensing projects, tracking and communicating progress on a country-by-country basis.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams to resolve application barriers.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and review licensing materials.
  • Create templates for applications that showcase service offerings and network asset technical details.
  • Engage with business teams to understand product roadmaps, provide feedback on licensing considerations, and align with deployment priorities.
  • Evaluate national licensing requirements for planned network operations and business activities.
  • Maintain and update the global licensing database in collaboration with team members and IT resources.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing obligations by managing the license portfolio effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in government and regulatory affairs with a focus on telecommunications licensing.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with leadership and teammates.
  • Exceptional administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with meeting deadlines consistently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
