Transport and Community Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the position of Carmarthenshire Volunteer Transport Coordinator. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our country cars service, which provides vital transportation for elderly and vulnerable clients in the Ammanford and Gorslas areas.
Your main duties will include:
- Coordinating volunteer drivers to meet client demand
- Developing and implementing effective systems for managing transport bookings and scheduling
- Fostering strong relationships with our clients, volunteer drivers, and other stakeholders
Applicants should possess excellent organizational and time management skills, a patient and empathetic approach when interacting with clients, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. We offer a salary of £18,000 - £23,000 per annum, based on experience, to the successful candidate.
