Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Volunteer Driver Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating a team of volunteer drivers in the Ammanford and Gorslas areas, ensuring that elderly and vulnerable clients receive transportation to their appointments.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to work independently, and a passion for making a difference in their community. They will also possess a valid driving license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting and training volunteer drivers
  • Scheduling and coordinating transport services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the opportunity to make a real impact in the community.
