We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Music Programme team as an Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Music Programme Manager and the wider team, ensuring the smooth operation of our music-making activities across our network of schools.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate logistics for music events, including artist bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation
- Prepare briefings and materials for project stakeholders, including the Music team, staff, chaperones, and volunteers
- Support the Music team with administrative tasks, such as coordinating school and student registration, and updating relevant social media channels and intranet pages
- Assist the Music Programme Manager with evaluation and reporting, including collecting and analyzing feedback and preparing reports for funders and management
- Update student resources on the pupil-facing learning platform, SpArk
- 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting, particularly in programme and events administration
- Highly computer literate, with excellent Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, including diary management using Microsoft Outlook
- Strong administration skills and the ability to maintain and implement effective systems
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, rising with each year of service up to 30 days after 3-years' service
- Hybrid working, with currently two days a week in our state-of-the-art office in West London
