Job Overview

The Catering Assistant will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, managing cash transactions, and upholding the highest standards of Food Handling & Hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Craft eye-catching food and counter displays that draw customers in
  • Proudly represent Defence and embody our positive brand image
  • Handle transactions with ease and operate the cash register efficiently
  • Uphold the highest standards of Food Handling & Hygiene
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Health & Safety regulations

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who possess a positive, can-do attitude, genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and excellent communication skills.

A previous experience in a similar catering role is an advantage, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what truly matter.

We offer a competitive salary range of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
