As a Patient Services Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our reception, prioritizing patient journeys and providing excellent customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for our visitors, and your warm and welcoming approach will set the tone for their experience with us.
We're seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, who can multitask with attention to detail and be flexible. You'll have a proven track record of working in a customer service-focused environment, with a strong understanding of IT systems, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
As a member of our onsite team, you'll work closely with all departments and team members to ensure consistency and professional delivery of services. You'll be responsible for completing monthly KPIs, and you'll have the opportunity to continually review and improve the patient journey.
