At Gleeson Recruitment Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Manager to lead our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to drive financial compliance, improve reporting processes, and manage the audit function.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of group financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Develop and drive process improvements to optimise reporting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead both internal and external audit processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Maintain a strong financial compliance framework across the organisation.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to a team of Financial Accountants.
  • Supervise and own the process of full Group consolidation working in conjunction with the Group FD.
  • Be responsible for the production of multiple sets of financial statements within the Group.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, audit, and compliance.
  • Proven background in driving process improvements and implementing financial controls.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing and developing team members.
  • Degree in accountancy, economics, or business etc.
