Job Title: Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate Director

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Financial Reporting Associate Director to join our team at RSM. As a key member of our Accounting and Business Advisory line of service, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of accounting and financial reporting services to a portfolio of clients
  • Manage the working capital of projects, including budgeting, cost management, billing, and debt recoverability
  • Participate in business development, identifying opportunities and introducing new clients to the firm
  • Act as a senior team member and leader, providing coaching and development to junior team members
  • Develop and maintain advanced technical knowledge through reading, courses, and CPD requirements
Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of experience at a manager level
  • Strong accounting and financial reporting skillset, with specialism in one or more areas such as IFRS, US GAAP, or sector specialism
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Adaptable and collaborative team player with advanced coaching and development skills
