Job Title: Principal Instrumentation Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at Millbank Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of instrumentation systems for medium to large-scale infrastructure projects in the chemical and petrochemical sectors.

About the Role

As a Principal Instrumentation Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of instrumentation engineers to produce designs for medium to large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Communicating effectively with multi-disciplined teams to ensure project completion on time and to budget
  • Developing control and instrumentation engineering deliverables as required on a project-by-project basis
  • Providing technical assistance and guidance to junior engineers
  • Managing budgets and schedules for instrumentation projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. instrumentation engineering, control systems engineering)
  • Chartered Engineer status or working towards it (Member of the Institute of Measurement and Control or Institution of Engineering and Technology)
  • Extensive experience in instrumentation engineering design on medium to large capital projects
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
