About the Role

Nimble Approach is a rapidly growing product and technology consultancy with a strong presence in the UK. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead our direct sales effort and drive growth in the enterprise sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering against sales targets, building strong relationships with our current and future customers, and providing business development leadership within Nimble. They will need to be able to build great relationships, understand the tech and digital consulting landscape, win new clients, and own and deliver against targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the enterprise sector.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal teams to create proposals and bids.
  4. Deliver against sales targets, with a focus on winning million-pound plus new business deals.
  5. Provide business development leadership within Nimble, working collaboratively with internal teams to drive growth and success.

Requirements:

  1. Significant enterprise business development experience in consulting and technology/digital professional services.
  2. A track record of winning million-pound plus new business deals with large enterprises.
  3. Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build relationships quickly with senior stakeholders.
  4. Working knowledge across our capabilities, including digital transformation, UCD, agile, full stack engineering, testing, cloud, data, and AI.
  5. Credible at C-suite level, with the ability to confidently engage and demonstrate credibility to CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs.
