Senior Programme Manager, Customer Expansion, Amazon Shipping

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to join the Strategy & Integration team in the EU Customer Expansions space. As a Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for driving and managing the implementation of creative, data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organisation
- Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, driving improvements across a range of teams and organisations
- Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritise improvement programmes, seeing them through from start to finish
- Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders
Amazon Shipping offers Amazon's delivery capabilities as a product and service. Amazon Shipping's first customers are sellers in the EU, offering to ship their domestic volume using our delivery network.
Requirements- A degree
- Relevant experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements
- MBA
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
