We're looking for a skilled Project Coordinator to join our B&Q team at our Speke showroom. As a key member of our showroom team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping our customers bring their dream kitchen and bathroom projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support our showroom teams and installers with expert advice and guidance to ensure seamless and professional service delivery.
  2. Keep customers informed about their projects through regular updates via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions.
  3. Utilize design software to enhance customer projects by asking questions and exploring possibilities.
  4. Recommend suitable finance, products, and installation options to meet customer needs.

Required Skills & Experience

  1. Excellent technology skills, communication abilities, and relationship-building skills.
  2. Motivated by targets with strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  3. Flexibility to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
