We're seeking a skilled Sub-Agent to join our Infrastructure HPC team at Kier Group. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering permanent roads and networks that link up main buildings, enabling the power station to be commissioned and operational.

Responsibilities:

As a Sub-Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of Performance Excellence and Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier standards.
  • Ensuring accurate recording of labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources, identifying areas for development, and liaising with the Commercial Team to produce financial forecasts and final cost and value reviews.
  • Promoting integrated working with other team members to create a one-team ethos, including team development.
  • Taking full ownership and accountability for cost management of your section of the project, ensuring robust control of Target Cost, actual costs, and forecasts through commercial awareness and using site-based systems such as CEMAR.

  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, including leading and managing technical teams.
  • Able to take the lead with client interfaces.
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
