About the Role

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader to join our team as a Clinical Lead in Oncology. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a medical ward to meet the needs of our patients.

In this role, you will work closely with specialty Consultants, multi-disciplinary teams, and other clinical leaders to provide a high-quality and cost-effective patient-focused service. You will also be responsible for ensuring that resources are efficiently managed to deliver a high-quality service.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have demonstrable post-registration experience, including at least 2 years' band 6 experience in an acute setting. A leadership and management qualification is desirable, but not essential.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
