Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Helston Community Hospital. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our ward and multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop and implement programmes of care in the ward setting
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members and students
- Contribute to the development of the ward and multi-disciplinary team
- Participate in discharge planning and provide support to patients and their families
