Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team on the 24-bedded Lismore Ward at Helston Community Hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the ongoing development of the ward.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient care needs and develop and implement programmes of care in the ward setting
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff members and students
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care
