About the Role

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Reliability Maintenance Engineering Planner to join our team. As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing technologies in the Global Amazon Warehouse & Delivery Network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the site-level SME on the CMMS software, train the local engineering team, and escalate issues as required.
  • Ensure the system is run in line with EU standards and participate in EU-coordinated projects and improvement programs.
  • Manage site-level equipment, spare parts, and minimum holding levels in the system to ensure technicians have the necessary parts.
  • Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories to make recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage spare parts stock levels, place and track orders, and work with procurement and the wider EU network to find savings or efficiencies.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in planning, scheduling, and auditing maintenance activities.
  • Experience with CMMS software and MS Excel.
  • Ability to communicate in English and the local language at CEFR Level B2 or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, operations, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with the Infor EAM platform.
  • Experience rolling out a new CMMS system.
