Elite Venue Selection is seeking a dedicated Conference & Events Manager to oversee our event operations.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of various events within our prestigious venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of venue layouts, capacity limits, catering options, and audio-visual equipment setup.
- Welcome and assist event organizers from the start to the conclusion of their events.
- Supervise all departmental activities and ensure high standards of service.
- Engage in event planning and execution as necessary.
- Lead events in the absence of the department head.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, punctuality, and efficiency. Excellent communication abilities with both team members and clients are essential.
