As a Design Verification Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design verification plans to ensure that our products meet the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design verification plans to ensure that products meet customer and internal requirements
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs conform to all specifications and requirements
  • Support the development of DFMEA and maintain regular DV reports to track project status
  • Validate and update project DV plans as required
  • Schedule requirement test cases in alignment with project timing and build events
  • Support virtual and physical reviews to ensure design verification
  • Maintain a register of all SDS exceptions

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Extensive technical expertise and application of engineering principles, concepts, theory, and practice
  • Test failure analysis and solution validation experience
  • Product validation experience in areas such as shock, drop, cycle testing, and environmental testing
  • Demonstrated knowledge of tooling and materials process validation
  • Strong 3D CAD knowledge
  • Analytic problem-solving skills and knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma, DOE, or similar disciplines
  • Schedule and milestone management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
