2025 Graduate Programme in Cost Consultancy

We are seeking a talented and ambitious graduate to join our Cost Consultancy team as a Cost Consultant. As a graduate, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with cost management services from inception to completion.

About the Role

In this role, you will assist with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection. You will also learn how to apply value management techniques, estimate and cost plan activities, and support the procurement process. Additionally, you will assist with the preparation of contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with feasibility studies, procurement strategies, and contract selection
  • Learn how to apply value management techniques
  • Estimate and cost plan activities
  • Support the procurement process
  • Prepare contract documents, warranties, bonds, and licenses
  • Measure and provide valuations of work carried out
  • Assist with cost control and reporting services
  • Identify costs associated with design changes, contract awards, and construction activities
  • Participate in the evaluation of claims for delay and additional costs

Requirements
  • A future or recent graduate with a RICS-accredited bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
  • 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications)
