Claims and Complaints Manager

We are seeking an experienced Liability Claims Team Leader to join our team at Aston Charles. As a dynamic and forward-thinking recruitment agency, we specialize in General Insurance and Financial Services recruitment.
About the Role:
This is a 100% home-based role, where you will be responsible for managing a team of Liability Claims Handlers. Your duties will include training, development, and coaching, allocating workloads, acting as an escalation point for complaints, and file/audit checking to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Liability Claims Handlers
- Train and develop team members
- Allocate workloads and monitor progress
- Act as an escalation point for complaints
- Conduct file and audit checks to ensure compliance
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Liability claims
- Strong managerial skills
- Ability to foster a friendly and supportive environment
- Dynamic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
