At Green Folk LTD, we are seeking a Production Director to lead our key machining facility in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, quality, and health & safety while driving financial results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in machining or manufacturing operations, preferably with exposure to regulated industries such as aerospace, defense, or automotive. Knowledge of CNC machining processes is highly desirable.

The salary for this role is approximately £70,000 + attractive package, reflecting the importance of the position. As a permanent onsite Full-Time position, it offers stability and opportunities for career advancement.

**Job Requirements:**

  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure the site's alignment with the broader objectives of Green Folk LTD.
  • Serve as the key link between the site and the group leadership team.
